The different steps of your recruitment

Your profile

To define your profile and to put you in contact with recruiting companies, the consultants rely on a homogeneous approach, combining several methods: database, press, Internet and direct approach. Responsible for the whole project, they play an advising role at each stage: supporting the recruiting company in evaluating their needs,  identifying the job and the profile, interviews and selection of the candidates and follow up on their integration.

The consultants

Having worked for the sector they're now recruiting for, the consultants rely on relevant professional background and experience, complemented by a Michael Page training in recruitment methods. By being in permanent contact with the actors of their original profession (companies and candidates), they truly understand their expectations.

The process

Once you've been chosen by a consultant, a primary interview is held over the phone. If your profile matches the requirements of the recruiting company, you will be invited for a meeting. During the individual meeting, the following elements are evaluated in an objective way: your technical competencies, your know-how, and in a more subjective way: your personality, your motivations, your preferences. If you can refer to several experiences, the references of your latest employers will enable you to refine the recruitment.

The consultant is there to provide you with advise throughout the whole recruiting process.

If your CV is withheld, you will be presented to the recruiting company. After the company has met you, the consultant will debrief them.

If after this interview you are selected for the job, the consultant will keep in contact with you during your trial period and throughout your first year within the company.
