Job description

You will be responsible for all direct and support operations in Nigeria. Your areas of accountability are the Departments of Production Operations, Surface Facilities Design and Construction, Drilling and Gas Development. Heading a team of more than 150 employees, you will be expected to:
- Directing all technical and operational activities,
- Optimizing asset value by completing drilling program on time,
- Designing and developing new oil & gas projects,
- Maintaining close and business-like relationship with the HQ and with the local partners,
- Developing training programs for technical and operational staff
- Promoting an HSE culture in the Company,

Who we are looking for

A Senior Manager in development and producing operations with a previous experience onshore and in shallow waters, you are graduated from a reputable University in petroleum engineering.
With a proven-track in operating companies, you are familiar with the Nigerian environment
