Description du poste

  • Works directly with Country Leadership Team, Base and Site mgrs to lead Quality transformation, standardization and improvement efforts across all functions
  • Leads Country Leadership Team and Quality employees to focus on the Five Absolutes of Quality and achieve Quality culture transformation
  • Owns, develops and leads implementation of the strategic road map for Quality Pillars
  • Establish Quality Strategies and Metrics to support APME Objectives, and manage towards these
  • Accountabilty for PONC targets, reports performance, and leads/supports initiatives to achieve reductions
  • Organises for major RCA investigations & Corrective Action Implementation and provides SME facilitation support
  • Partners with Product Managers and Product Responsible Engineers to govern global standard ITPs
  • Collaborates with Global Quality Managers to ensure global alignment (engage within global Quality Network)
  • Provides Quality inputs into Subsea Quality budgets
  • Executes PDDs with direct and indirect reports.
  • Manage, Develop, and Train QA and QC personnel reporting to this position in accordance with Global QA competency requirements and programme.
  • Conduct the following activities to support effective implementation of Quality Processes :

- Quality Management Review

- Internal and Supplier Audit Planning

- Product Assurance including documentation Accuracy, Completeness and Availability

* Ensure cross-site alignment of Quality process and execution models, using BPMS

Profil recherché

  • Minimum HND or equivalent. Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in Engineering or Quality Assurance in the Oil & Gas industry with 5 or more years supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Good understanding of legislative requirements, manufacturing and NDE techniques Possess effective leadership ability within a team environment and matrixed organisation and exceptional planning, negotiation, motivational, and communication skills. Must have an understanding of engineering processes, financial methods, safety, environmental management and human relations principals.
  • Must have a general knowledge of budget preparation, financial reporting and capital request & justification. Have solid understanding of financial factors such as costs, margins, and profit impact of decisions.
  • Nigerian Operating Procedures,START, Quality Transformation, Golden Safety Rules, BPMS, BI Dashboards and Specialised SAP functional training.
