About Our Client

Our client is a global provider of connectivity solutions for Mobile Marketing & Entertainment, Mobile Money and Tech Services. He's looking for an Account Manager M/F based in Senegal.

Job Description

Based in Senegal, as Account Manager you will have the following responsabilities:

  • Manage all the Content Providers (CPs) on a daily basis;
  • Solve CPs issues and liaise with internal Client /Operator's teams to solved them;
  • Deliver the CP plan;
  • Bring new CPs on board according to the defined plan;
  • Approve all CPs with the Operator before launching a new service;
  • Define integration timelines together with local IT team;
  • Negotiate and close contracts;
  • Define reports for CPs

The Successful Applicant

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 to 4 years of related job experience, preferably in Media and/or Telecommunications services
  • Experience with customer management - Results oriented
  • An extremely high level of communication skills to present, inform, and persuade high level internal and external customers of the company's
  • understanding of customer needs and requirements, business development plans, strategies and actions
  • Ability to work in fast paced and flexibility to adjust to a permanently changing environment
  • Fluency in English
