About Our Client

A Customer Relationship Manager role is available in the Capital Markets Division of the largest Stock Exchange in Africa. The position is located in Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa. The exchange has in excess of 450 listed companies and a market capitalisation of over US$150 billion as well as an average monthly traded value in excess of US$6 billion.

Job Description

The candidate requirements are:

-Apply cost effectiveness principles in planning and delivery that would contribute to the achievement of divisional financial targets.

-Meet revenue targets as agreed in performance contracts and set out by Manco/Exco on an annual basis.

-Ensure the right billing models are applied by analysing market data and work with IT and financial specialists within the organisation to determine the correct billing models .

-Provide input annually into the divisional budget by investigating new products and conducting research to ascertain the potential value of new products that are to be included in the budget.

-Conduct planning sessions with your manager when releasing new products into the market, which depending on the complexity, could require forward planning of 3 months to 3 years .

-Managing own delivery against set delivery plan and set timelines

-Identify obstacles to delivery and take appropriate action where required

-The Manager will provide/give guidance on parameters for new products whilst the specialist conducts research for new product models to ascertain the viability of the new product.

-Assisting with the design of new products and engaging with clients within the market to gain acceptance of new products by continuously hosting bi-lateral conversations with all stakeholders.

-Work closely with your manager and other team members to craft product solutions for clients by understanding their needs
