Job Description

The Executive, Service Management will be required to:

Group ITC Standards & Governance

  • Provide input into the Group's IT strategy
  • Stay abreast of trends in service management, technologies, sourcing, policies, procedures and other external changes that could have an impact on service management

Service Delivery/Improvement/Innovation

  • Manage proof of concepts to test feasibility of new concepts, products and processes
  • Perform end-user satisfaction surveys and develop action plans to address areas needing improvement

Customer / Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Develop a strong customer service culture that is actively encouraged and mentored
  • Build and maintain relationships with all IT units to ensure that IT delivered services and end user productivity goals are understood and exceeded

The Successful Applicant

The Executive, Service Management will have the following experience.

Be an ITIL Expert and:

 Minimum 10+ years' experience in IT service management, change management and problem management approaches and in managing systems and service delivery with a retail environment or other customer facing industry;

 Knowledge of system architecture, integration and deployment in a fast growing integrated retail or other B2C environment;

 Demonstrated attention to quality of processes;

 Knowledge of implementation of service management functions in environments similar to business;

 Knowledge of the retails business and the critically of the processes supported by the IS systems to facilitate the assignment of priorities for problems.
