Our client is an international global player in the professional services space looking for an experienced Head of Talent Management for lead their office in Cape Town.

Job Description

The Head of Talent Management will be responsible for driving and executing on the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Leading the Talent Management and Talent Development function, ensuring team cohesion
  • Responsible for budget and resource allocation
  • Optimises and conducts research
  • Analyses and conducts research on talent and performance
  • Impact measurement on implemented talent solutions and practices
  • Keep up to date and implement talent technology solutions

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role of Head of Talent Management should ideally possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A degree or diploma in HR
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Management and heading up a team
  • International experience or exposure through a multinational company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
