Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for the following deliverables:

Deal Support:

-Assist with the assessing, summarising & preparation of loan documentation (motivations, sanctions, Letters of Grant, credit checks, deed searches, etc.). -Create SAP data (BP, Facility & Contract). -Prepare valuation request & liaise with Valuers to fulfil valuation requirements. -Track & co-ordinate deals through the application process. -Extract required SAP reports (JNWP, Zpartner sec, Zexposure report, Zpropexposurereport, loan balances, FICA & memo fields). -Compile & maintain all required schedules for the team. -Manage & implement fixed rate profiles, liaising with Treasury and Admin. -Assist with loan & portfolio restructuring, interest rate fixes, suretyship changes & further loan changes (essentially GMA's). -Co-ordinate & assemble all information necessary for loan applications (company info, development process & plans, income & expenses, market context, etc.).

Client Relationships:

-Screen client calls to determine requirements. -Ensure client is transferred to correct colleague if necessary. -Liaise with clients to obtain information required by the bank. -Resolve client queries. -Provide clients with requested information. -Assist client in RM's absence.

Administrative support:

-Prepare CDA's for Brokerage/commission payments.

-Assist with the scheduling of client meetings. -Assist Admin to source outstanding documents.

Team support:

-Provide general support & assistance within the Property Finance sales team. -Coach & assist new colleagues. -Fill in for absent colleagues. -Contribute to the well being of the greater sales team.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have the following competencies:


Ability to efficiently handle complex admin....

Ability to understand & interpret financial state

Knowledge of different legal entities

Basic understanding of risk, particularly

Knowledge of basic Property law

Fluency in spoken English & Afrikaans

Property Finance Business Processes

What's on Offer

A market related salary with all additional benefits provided with one of the big four local banks.

Performance bonuses could vary between 10% - 50%
