Within Africa, such contracts extend to retail, automotive, energy and technology logistics providing cost effective solutions for its customers.

Job Description

The Performance & Programs: Africa role comprises of the following responsibilities:

  • Advance the implementation of the HR strategy and procedures by shaping the organisational structures of the company
  • Apply project management tools and techniques
  • Continuous improvement of the HR organisational design
  • Manage the HR scorecard
  • Identify trends or risks and initiate / recommend corrective action processes
  • Provide support to the Head of HR Africa in their role
  • HR data management
  • Improve the HR data quality such as KPIs
  • Provide data analysis and reports
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders

  • Strong analytic abilities

  • Proficient in HR systems and software
