Job Description

Key performance areas include:

Advances Credit Management Capacity - 45%

  • Ensure and monitor credit policy compliance.
  • Manage the quality of Book
  • Define and set standards for credit and review functions.
  • Ensure quality of decision making within credit manager mandate
  • Ensure quality of reviews done by analysts

Book Management - 10%

  • Reports
  • Arrears, mindful of unimpaired portfolio loans - NGR 1 to NGR 25
  • Track volume of deals (Tracker)
  • Review Stats

People Management - 25%

  • Structure and staff correctly.
  • Train, skill and develop staff.
  • Coach staff.
  • Provide effective leadership.
  • Performance management.
  • Succession planning and organising. Managing change and transformation. Create a performance culture.
  • Implement specific projects

Risk Management - 10%

  • Participate in strategic planning workshops.
  • To understand and make sense of Risk in the property market
  • Assess the risk embedded within the environment.
  • Drive alternative solutions, risk mitigation and informed decision making.

Client Satisfaction - 10%

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, internally and externally.

The Successful Applicant

Candidates with commercial and corporate property finance experience within financial services ONLY will be considered for the role with the following key competencies:
