Job Description

The Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager, based in Johannesburg, will be responsible for and executing on the following:

  • Co-ordinate global reward strategies with regional and country teams
  • Developing roles profiles evaluations and grading processes
  • Manage and control pension schemes
  • Cost analysis for personnel costs
  • Planning of career development in line with Training and Development Mangers
  • Benchmark company policies with external companies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors
  • Monitor and coordinate annual bonus plans and salary reviews
  • Market and supplier analysis to ensure employment costs are in line with business and market requirements
  • Manage and coach performance of teams members

The Successful Applicant

Suitably qualified candidates with the following qualifications, skills and experience are encouraged to apply for the role of Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager:

  • A degree or diploma in HR or Labour Law
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in an international organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
