Job description
As head of Human Resources for Morocco and the Francophone African cluster, your main objective is to ensure that HR practices and policies are in alignment with the company's global strategy and contribute to the bottom line. Member of the local Country Management Team, you act as the link between management and staff, guaranteeing that the employment relationship strikes a balance between serving the needs of the company and those of the employees. Reporting functionally to the Moroccan General Manager and hierarchically to the DHR for Africa and the Middle East, your main responsibilities are to:

Implement, in coordination with headquarters, best practices for HR, including learning and development plans, organizational succession planning, key performance indicators...
Monitor organizational "culture" and where necessary provide intervention strategies,
Support the recruitment & retention of a talented & diverse workforce,
Provide effective and efficient HR administration,
Inform and advise management on new developments, needs & opportunities in the field of HR and implement appropriate changes,
Participate as a company Ambassador at industry and university forums

Who we are looking for
With a Bachelor's Degree (minimum), you have at least 5 years experience in an HR generalist role, ideally within a multinational company. Your strengths include strategic thinking so as to contribute to the company's vision and develop long-term objectives, adaptability in order to recognize and respond positively to changing business & people development needs, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in French and English, a strong command of written and spoken Arabic would be a plus.
