About our client
Our client enjoys a stong reputation as a prominent african banking group.
As part of its growth in Africa, our client is seeking a Managing Director for Angola.

Job description
Reporting to the President, the Managing Director will:

- Launch the activity of the bank in Angola: Retail, Corporate and Investment banking ,
- Implement the organization in terms of Commercial, Back Office, Risk, Audit, and IT departments,
- Make strategic decision concerning the company's future development,
- Actively develop new business opportunities,
- Manage training and recruitment of new staff,
- Maintain a professional relationship with partners and local authorities,
- Provide reports to the head-office.

Overall, you will be results-oriented in order to meet profitability objectives.


Who we are looking for
You have a Master Degree in Business Administration with professional experience in General Management of a banking operation.
You have been successful in managing international banking operations, preferably in the context of an emerging market demanding anticipation and adaptability.

Fluency in Portuguese an French is mandatory for this position.
