Leading company in the healthcare sector.

Job description
The primary role is to lead the market development of medical devices activities in Tunisia (60% of the time).
- Achieve sales objectives and growth goals.
- Develop and executes comprehensive strategy and marketing / sales plan.
- Develop and initiate customized value added programs for therapies expansion including professional education.
- Determine customer needs, identify potential business and establish pricing.
- Provide leadership, support and expertise for franchise's sales and distribution channels.
- Prepare sales support showing sales volume, potential sales and other relevant statistics.
- Manage budget to insure appropriate allowance in conjunction with the sales plan.
- Lobby with the Key opinion leaders, government regulatory bodies or scientific professionals.
- Establishing or elevating partnerships, to impact and maximize medical devices image and maximize sales potential.

The secondary role is to coordinate the orthopedics activities on Maghreb (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco) :
- Work with others Market development manager to ensure open communication and coordination on sales efforts.
- Coordinate liaison between local organization and the regional franchise development manager.

Who we are looking for
Minimum 5 years successful commercial and marketing experience in a complex environment, with ideally 1 or 2 years in an international company, in Europe or the USA.
Preferably have knowledge of the medical devices sector and particularly in orthopedics.
Have developed a multi-cultural approach in this career to date.
Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
