Our client is a world leader in the Oil & Gas industry.
Reinforcing its activities in Tunisia through its operations and its exploration prospects, the company is looking to recruit a reservoir engineer manager.

Job description
This strategic post requires someone who is capable of drawing upon their expertise in order to build strong work relationships amongst their engineering team. You will be driven by a desire to ensure profitability and the efficient recovery of hydrocarbons. Reporting to the Chief operations officer, you will be expected to:

- Spearhead reservoir modeling studies,
- Ensure data integration into reservoir model for accurate production forecasting, cost effective reservoir management and development optimization,
- Design and execute data gathering programmes, data management and effective reservoir monitoring,
- Support operations staff in ensuring that the fields are produced as per production forecasts,
- Seek and apply new technology to increase the value of the project,
- Provide reserves and production reporting to management,
- Find methods for cost reduction, production improvement and potential field expansion,
- Train and mentor new engineers,
- Supervise effective APRs and performance scorecards for the Reservoir Engineer team,

Who we are looking for
With a University degree in Petroleum engineering or Reservoir engineering, you have a proven track record in subsurface activities including Petrophysics and Economics. You must have experience in reservoir simulation and in multiple field development projects.
You'll possess fluent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
