Job description
Rattaché(e) au Chef d'Agence, vous prenez en charge la gestion opérationnelle de l'administration de la filiale. Vous effectuez le suivi quotidien de la comptabilité générale et analytique ainsi que l'établissement des comptes sociaux et fiscaux de la société. Vous optimisez la gestion de trésorerie. Vous développez les outils de gestion et préparez le reporting à destination du groupe.

The Finance and Administration Manager reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for managing cash flow, cash control, maintaining accounts payable / receivable and managing office administration in order to comply with Territorial Acts and Legislation. The position has been recently opened to give local branches their autonomy as regards financial and administrative issues.

Who we are looking for
De formation supérieure en comptabilité/gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 4 ans au minimum acquise en comptabilité ou gestion de filiale à l'international.
Doté(e) d'un bon niveau d'anglais (le portugais serait un plus), vous présentez un excellent sens relationnel. Votre implication et votre dynamisme vous permettront d'évoluer rapidement au sein du groupe. Le poste est basé à Cabinda (Angola) avec des déplacements fréquents à Soyo (Angola). Rotation possible mais poste sur site isolé.

The candidate will have:
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles,
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections,
- Proficiency in computerized accounting programs,
- Stress and time management skills,
- Professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
- Preferably a professional background gained in the overseas transport & logistics business,
- Languages: English is a must, Portuguese will be a plus,
- The position is located in a remote site.

What's on offer
Autour de US$ 50K net par an plus package expatrié complet.
US$ 50K net per year plus full expatriate package.
