About our client
An up-and-coming American company in the animal agricultural industry, experiencing strong growth in emerging markets, is seeking its Sales Manager for Egypt.

Job description
As the key representative of the company, you are in charge of developing the group sales and marketing strategy in Egypt. Directly reporting to the Regional Manager based in Europe, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain and develop the existing sales activities by offering new solutions to existing customers, identifying new prospects and opportunities and implementing innovative marketing plans,
- Provide and develop "taylor-made" business plans and sustain continuous growth for the country,
- Elaborate budgets and forecasts in coordination with the Regional Manager and follow up existing customers and payments as well as credit and liquidity issues.

Who we are looking for
For this very versatile role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in agriculture, nutrition or veterinary medicine,
- A minimum of 10 years experience in related/technical field (animal feed or farming industry).
- Sound and proven commercial experience in Egypt, combined with a technical or marketing background,
- Experience in achieving sales budgets, assessing customer needs, negotiating conditions and closing deals,
- Excellent written and communications skills,
- Able to work under pressure in challenging environments,
- Drive, flexibility, excellent leadership qualities and entrepreneurial spirit,
- Hands on approach, pragmatic and strong will to join an international organisation,
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.
