BEE codes of good conduct

Michael Page International (SA) (Pty) Ltd is certified as a Level Two B-BBEE Contributor. Our Empowerdex Rating is AAA. We have also been recognised as a value-adding enterprise. This means that our clients can recognise 125.00% of their fees spent with Michael Page as preferential BEE procurement.
We take part in a yearly, independent rating of our BEE status by Empowerdex, the pioneering rating and research agency in South Africa.

The Proudly South African campaign was launched by government, business, labour and community organisations in 2001 to safeguard existing employment opportunities, economic growth, and the creation of more quality employment opportunities in our country.

We encourage our employees to engage, support and contribute to the environment and those in need. Michael Page continues to make significant contributions to charities and local projects around the world. In 2012, we raised £294,937 across our business globally for the causes that we support.
