For our inaugural episode, to celebrate South Africa’s National Heritage Day which falls on 24 September, Nay-Lin Machiwana, Senior Consultant, Michael Page Africa, has an engaging conversation with Kgolagano Lehobye. Kgolagano is the Human Resources Director, who is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and currently working at MA Automotive Tool and Die (PTY) LTD. A woman of color working in a typically male-dominated automotive industry, the values-driven Kgolagano believes that ‘your attitude determines your altitude’. She also shares why mentorships are important and how downtime is critical to living to your potential both in work and life.

She also talks about a South African professional who inspires her, and why she truly feels lucky to live and work in the ‘Rainbow Country’.
