Manufacturing Engineering Manager H/F Tangier

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is the internal representative of the customer's needs and requirements with respect to quality, volume and cost.Thus he is responsible for the selection of special features, setting objectives, training his team, corrective and preventive actions and product development.

The main responsabilities are :

Responsable of two sites

Ensure the launch of new projects as well as major engineering changes.

• Supervise during the implementation of the strategy, the development of the Lay Out in collaboration with The Method Lab, the head of the Engineering department and the Director, Operations, North Africa.
• Develop synergies relative to the common processes of the two factories.
• Guide initiatives and action plans at the two factories to ensure process standardization.
• Control and monitor indicators relating to requests and investment costs.
• Develop, coach and organize the industrial engineering team in order to help the two factories achieve pre-established QVC (Quality, Volume, Cost) results.
• Promote the training plan for industrial engineering teams.
• Ensure the link between the two factories in Morocco and the European organization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
