About Our Client
Our client owns and operates franchises restaurants. It provides branded fast products in the MENAP region.
Job Description
Based in Rabat, the Project Manager will:
- Develop, update and share on a continuous basis the stores development plan, progress, risks, and all PM plan
- Lead the project engineers to accomplish KSA opening, and remodeling targets and support as necessary
- Apply the department's process and procedure and make sure the project engineers are following that as well
- Apply the PMP methodology on all managed projects, and facilitate the execution of the project plans
- Manage suppliers and contractors related to the stores development activities
- Negotiate construction contracts / suppliers prices, terms and conditions
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the stores development projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, or Interior design
- More than 5 years of experience in retails project management field
- Excellent Communication, Leadership and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Project Management Skills
