The successful First Line Sales Manager - Kenya will be responsible for spearheading an exciting initiative across Africa as well as:

  • Team Coaching;
  • Developing a territory action plan;
  • Managing and achieving a territory action plan;
  • Maintaining administrative systems and control

Profil recherché

To apply for the First Line Sales Manager - Kenya role, you should meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelors degree - BSc. Biological Sciences/Health Sciences
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills
  • 5-10 years commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • > 5 years sales experience in management role
  • Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as sales training, operations, brand team or managed markets
