Description du poste
- You will lead a team of Account Managers / Client Managers (and their teams in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria & UAE) to consistently deliver large quotas, execute sales strategies and develop cross-functional relationships to voice customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Drive gross sales and revenue growth across multiple propositions and offerings in Africa and implement the region's strategic plans and growth objectives.
- Proven track record and innovative successes in growing profitable sales through the development of people and sales organizations.
- Lead the definition and evolution of sales processes through the adoption of common tools that drive growth and achieve line of sight to future opportunities that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Exceed customer satisfaction across the customer base with expert account management.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to test, measure, and execute tactical sales.
- Responsible for the growth and development of front-line sales managers to constantly raise the bar in talent, execution, process design, goals, and incentives.
- Operate within a highly transformational business enabling the market to increase the pace and drive change.
- Experience leading seasoned Account/Sales Managers in driving discipline while inspiring innovation in implementing aggressive revenue growth targets
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to grow Africa's book of business using existing high-value network
- Diverse cultural awareness and capability of building cultural fluency in communication and leadership style
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
- High level of influencing and negotiation skills with internal senior management
- The requirement to travel extensively within Africa & UAE and based in Johannesburg
- Able to live and work in South Africa
