To support this growth, the company is recruiting a Business Developer, based in Casablanca.

Job Description

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new industrial clients and the promotion of solar energy solutions tailored to B2B needs. Your role will be key in identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships, and managing the full sales cycle.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new industrial clients interested in solar energy solutions.
  • Managing and expanding a portfolio of B2B clients in the industrial sector.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Preparing and presenting tailored commercial offers and technical proposals.
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring smooth project handover.
  • Collaborating with technical and operational teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery.
  • Participating in trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to promote the company's solutions.
  • Providing regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline development.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or energy-related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales, including at least 3 years in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Moroccan industrial landscape and energy regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in French, English, and Moroccan Arabic (Darija) is required.
  • Driving license (B) and willingness to travel regularly across Morocco.
