We are currently recruiting for our client a Commercial Area Manager for the North African region (M/F) for a position based in Casablanca.

Description du poste

The Commercial Area Manager (M/F) will be responsible for:

  • Communicating brand strategy and managing regional planning to align with local distributors.
  • Negotiating annual financial plans, improving marketing strategies, and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Aligning local distributor activities with PR Africa's marketing strategy and managing in-market pricing for global alignment and profitability.
  • Implementing channel strategies to enhance brand visibility, distribution, and sales, while executing integrated marketing strategies for brand growth.
  • Training and motivating local sales teams on the products, fostering strong relationships with distribution partners.
  • Monitoring and influencing key factors affecting financial performance to ensure budget delivery and long-term strategy adherence.
  • Reporting financial information to the finance department and managing investment budgets.

Profil recherché

The successful candidate for the Commercial Area Manager (M/F) role must possess the following credentials and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing and commercial experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in numerical and financial analysis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand marketing at both strategic and implementation levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, with a willingness to travel within Africa.
  • Preferably experienced in working in Africa.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
