Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Operational- Executes strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities
- Delivers on operational targets
- Manages sales teams to deliver targets set
- Manages different stakeholders and leverages internal and external resources towards getting things done
- Designs optimal GTM structure to maximise sales and channel efficiency
Financial- Delivers AOP targets (Sales, Profitability, Productivity
Customer- Drives highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Drives Lighting's (brand) positioning in the Trade Channel
People- Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability
- Builds required sales capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area
- Drives capability development and tool adoption
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the Commercial Leader Consumer - Egypt role,
You should have:
- 10+ yrs in a fast paced technology industry with at least 5+ yrs of commercial leadership roles
- 5+ years in market/customer facing operations with proven track-record in key account management and value based selling principles
- 5+yrs in a business operational assignment with ability to influence in a matrix- reporting, multi-cultural environment
- 5+ yrs of direct people management with ability to build strong sales talents.
- Bachelor degree in business management/ economics /technology, engineering, MBA in Sales/marketing preferred.
- Market portfolio management
- Strategic thinker with focus on execution
- Strong understanding of lighting business
- Solid understanding of project execution and stakeholder roles at all stages of the value chain
- Finance acumen
- Capable of seamlessly connecting and influencing customer's s decision making
- Solution selling and high level account planning knowledge
- Ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market / customer needs
- Building high performance teams
