The Commercial Manager is responsible for the company's commercial strategy, development, and performance, in coordination with the marketing teams and support functions. He/She supervises the sales teams, structures the methods by Business Unit, and ensures the achievement of volume, margin, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets. He/She maintains strong and lasting relationships with key accounts.

Job Description

Define and steer the medium- and long‑term commercial strategy

Lead multi‑segment sales teams (Modern Trade, Proximity Stores, Food Service)

Manage strategic negotiations with purchasing groups and key accounts

Ensure the achievement of commercial targets in a competitive environment

Coordinate commercial actions with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics departments

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements Education: Master's degree level (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent

Experience: 8-10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG/retail sector, with proven senior management or commercial leadership experience

Commercial Expertise: Strong negotiation and communication skills, solid understanding of FMCG pricing, margins, promotions, and distribution channels

Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, BI, market intelligence) and strong business/result orientation

Operational Skills: Project management abilities, ability to work cross‑functionally, and possession of a valid driving licence..
