Our client is a global player of the automotive industry. As part of its North African growth strategy, we are recruiting a Country Sales Manager for its operations in Egypt.

Based in Cairo, you report to the Regional Manager and are a key driver to the Group's growth in Egypt.

In line with this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following assignments:

  • Achieving business objectives in terms of market share and original equipment volumes in Egypt,
  • Establishing and driving company sales processes and values,
  • Executing strategic programs in the country through distributors and enhancing their capabilities,
  • Planning sales promotion activities, market activation and new product launches to achieve business objective in line with the overall brand development strategy,
  • Achieving monthly plans for retail, collection and shipments and assessing seasonal trends, stocking requirements and recommending shipment plans improvement,
  • Working with distributors and stakeholders of relevant enablers for 'concept selling' and initiating strategic programs,
  • Conducting product and sales process training for distributor/dealer sales team,
  • Understanding customer insights through non-consideration and providing feedback to help develop suitable actions,
  • Recommending organization structure to distributor by assessing needs, identifying and bridging gaps,
  • Understanding and providing timely communication to the management on local regulations, distributor profitability and market dynamics.

Profil recherché

You are degree educated with a minimum of 5 years' national sales experience with international companies of the B2C industry in Egypt. Experience in distribution management and route to market is crucial for this role and automotive industry will be of real value. You have amazing networking and communication skills in addition to being driven and structured besides, you are able to plan your day and go the extra mile for a new player in the country.
