Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities for after-sales services, conduct market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop the customer journey, understand client operational challenges to ensure customer retention.
  • Expand the company's customer base and increase its market share across the region.
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to track after-sales performance and customer satisfaction, and prepare and present reports to management team as and when required
  • Develop and maintain strong and last-longing relationship with existing and new customers of the BU.
  • Foster good commercial relationship with suppliers/vendors.
  • Manage continuous improvement and lean programs to increase efficiency and reduce no value-added activities.
  • Lead the after-sales team to provide timely and effective solutions to client issues.
  • Ensure after-sales staff are adequately equipped to perform the tasks assigned to them.
  • Enforce operational and other guidelines provided by vendors regarding warranty service and follow up closely on certifications and other training required by vendors.
  • Adhere to data protection guidelines regarding customers' data.
  • Build and develop necessary processes to ensure best customer service from the SAV department.
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to identify opportunities to market Superdist's SAV services.
  • Any other cognate duties.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Management, or Sales.
  • Minimum 7- 10 years' Proven experience in sales, after-sales management or customer success within the IT industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and knowledge of IT service management frameworks.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
