Our client is a leading manufacturer & distributor of consumer skincare products with a large presence in Egypt. Due to an expansion in their distribution markets, they are currently seeking a Director of Finance to drive their financial management and strategic development of their core business in Cairo, Egypt, while covering the entire North African region.

Description du poste

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the below duties:

  • Driving financial management for two distribution facilities of North Africa, ensuring IFRS, local GAAP compliance's
  • Effectively working with the executive team to drive growth in the business based on financial strategies
  • Ability to work with the financial controlling team on identifying financial opportunities to increase market share
  • Responsible for analyzing and preparing financial forecasts and cost optimization
  • Able to conduct financial risk assessment reports
  • Collaborating with internal & external auditing institutions, ensuring that tax regulations and financial compliance are in line with the group policies

Profil recherché

You bring 10+ years of working experience as a Director of Finance with a proven track record working for multinationals in the Consumer skincare sector, covering North Africa is required. Previous experience working within the cosmetics or personal care industry is a bonus.Experience working in a Financial controlling role is preferred. Self-motivated individual who also has great leadership skills. Excellent fluency in English is required. This role will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
