Job Description

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the organization.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
  • Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
  • Manage budgeting processes and forecasting.
  • Communicate financial metrics to stakeholders.
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FC should have:

  • A strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven executive financial leadership in the property industry.
  • Expertise in M&A would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in corporate governance and business ethics.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
