Job Description
The successful First Line Sales Manager - Kenya will be responsible for spearheading an exciting initiative across Africa as well as:
- Team Coaching;
- Developing a territory action plan;
- Managing and achieving a territory action plan;
- Maintaining administrative systems and control
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the First Line Sales Manager - Kenya role, you should meet the below requirements:
- Bachelors degree - BSc. Biological Sciences/Health Sciences
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills
- 5-10 years commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- > 5 years sales experience in management role
- Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as sales training, operations, brand team or managed markets
