Job Description

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of commercial and operational initiatives to support long-term growth in Egypt.
  • Develop and monitor sales strategies, budgets, and performance objectives to align with the organization's broader commercial vision.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory frameworks while overseeing all aspects of the local legal entity.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated commercial success, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
  • Design and deploy go-to-market strategies, customer engagement models, and business plans that contribute to financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Oversee the entire local value chain from supplier relations through to customer delivery, with an emphasis on operational efficiency.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making in areas such as cost control, investment returns, and channel strategy.
  • Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams within a matrix-based environment; nurture a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing, training, and professional development across teams to ensure sustainable capability building.
  • Champion a strong compliance culture, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and ethical standards throughout the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally including country-level responsibility, within a business-to-business environment. Your track record includes managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering on ambitious commercial goals, and driving transformation.
Proven expertise in P&L ownership, business expansion, and stakeholder engagement are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multicultural context will be key to your success in this position.
