As Growth Manager, You are required to clearly communicate SEO data metrics to the Executive team, while provide a strategic breakdown of marketing budgets, allocation and ROI successes for the group.

Our client is a fast-growing startup that currently focuses on providing complex financial software solutions across their banking, financial and insurance based clientele across the MENA region. Due to an increase in compliance and business needs from their partners, they are currently seeking a Growth Manager to provide a data driven road map for our client's operations in Egypt.

Description du poste

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Your responsibilities are outlined below:

  • Manage a full website end-to-end management: structure, content, user experience and performance
  • Responsible for optimizing CMS platforms (Hubspot, Wordpress)
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to improve landing pages and user journey
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to effectively attract B2B customers
  • Implement and track SEO best practices to maximize lead generation and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis to drive organic traffic with high SERP rankings
  • Responsible for interpreting complex marketing metrics to non-technical stakeholders clearly



Profil recherché

Minimum 4 years of proven work experience as a Growth Manager preferably from in Fintech or SaaS startups in Egypt
Excellent working knowledge of GA4 dashboards, Google Analytics & SEO reporting tools
Previous experience with Website Management & SEO Data analytics is highly preferred within financial markets in Egypt
Ability to interpret marketing metrics to C-suite members is required
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset
Excellent fluency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is a plus
