About Our Client
Our client is engaged in the provision of financial services.
- Lead in consumer segmentation and profiling with respective offers and products for each segment.
- Execute activation campaigns as per designed schedule and mechanics.
- Develop customized marketing strategies and campaign plans across assigned cluster.
- Monitor and measure service up time for responsible product lin.
- Analyze user and campaign trends to offer predictive analysis useful for increased conversion and retention.
- Study campaign trends and offer insights leading to reactive action and predictive insights.
- Develop proposals in line with agreed financial thresholds and achieve agreed set activation targets.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years in a retail service, Telecommunication Industry, Customer Service or Marketing
- Degree in Business Management/ Business Administration
- Advanced skills in statistical analysis tools - Excel/SPSS. SQL mastery a distinctive advantage
- Strong analytical and Problem solving skills.
- Excellent Negotiation and Presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both oral and written).
- Customer Oriented
