Its offerings help organisations tackle complex challenges across areas such as financial crime compliance, identity verification, fraud and credit risk mitigation, and customer data management.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic plan for your portfolio, understanding customer needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.Manage existing accounts to drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.Responsible for following up on regional leads, outbound calling and social selling using LinkedIn and other applications.Collaborate with colleagues across teams to maximize the use and value of our products and services.Keeping up to date with market and competitive developments, such as major regulatory changes and new product offeringsMaintain accurate forecasts and customer data using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.Meet and exceed quarterly business and revenue goals.Travel to these regions is part of the role (estimate quarterly trips)The Successful ApplicantA successful Key Account Manager should have:Fluent in Portuguese (business level) and English.
