Job Description

The role of Senior Key Account Manager entails, but is not limited to the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of key and strategic client relationships
  • Developing and executing customized solutions and strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure ongoing client relationship management
  • Liaise with a range of partners at different levels to understand the outcomes they require
  • Introducing relevant specialists, and working closely with them to develop strategies and solutions to meet partner requirements
  • Continuously develop client centric plans and strategies to improve relationships both internally and externally

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Senior Key Account Manager role should possess the following:

  • Completed BCom degree
  • Postgraduate degree will be highly advantageous
  • 6 years' experience within a similar role, 3 of which should be in planning and managing resources to achieve a desired outcome
  • Financial Services experience is required
  • Knowledge and understanding of the mining, and metals industry would be advantageous
