Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day leasing operations, ensuring the optimal use of resources.
  • Establish objectives and targets with the Management and regularly monitoring progress to ensure all goals are met.
  • Lease vacant spaces according to the leasing plan/schedule, adhering to set timelines and defined tenant mix targets.
  • Manage all leasing activities, including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, and negotiating rentals.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust the tenant mix to align with strategic objectives.
  • Regularly visit prospective tenants and maintain an updated waiting list for potential tenants.
  • Ensure timely lease renewals for existing tenants according to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Property Management team on initiatives for community events, aesthetic enhancements, and interactive spaces, aligning these with the overall brand identity and tenant needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term beneficial relationships with all existing tenant groups to ensure continued and future business.
  • Prepare a target list of prospective local and international customers suitable for the available leasing areas.
  • Conduct due diligence on prospective customers, invite them to presentations, and work towards sales closure to meet revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in retail leasing, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing regulations and property management practices.
  • Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in leasing and property management software is a plus.
