Job Description

- Talent Acquisition: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job ads, and networking events.

- Client Relationship Management: Support the team in managing and developing client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.

- Interview Coordination: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including database management and maintaining accurate records.

- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to develop your skills in recruitment, management, and leadership.

The Successful Applicant

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

- Passion for Recruitment: A strong interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and candidates.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
