The Successful ApplicantYou are an accomplished leader in the luxury hospitality sector, bringing a minimum of 15 year's executive experience, including a strong track record in managing upscale city hotels or a portfolio of properties.Key qualifications include:Proven success in scaling hotel brands, driving revenue growth, and enhancing guest satisfaction.Expertise in hotel development, asset management, and financial leadership to ensure long-term business sustainability.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strategic partnerships.An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
