In addition, they are covering the Middle East and North African markets and are currently looking to expand their marketing operations. Currently, they are seeking a Marketing Manager to bring an innovative twist to their education system in Cairo, Egypt.

Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, You are required to carry out the below duties:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned within the Education sector
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of education marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation:Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for promotional educative materials, social media, and other marketing channels.​
  • Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts
    Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in attracting international student enrollment

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as a Marketing Manager primarily from the Education sector in Egypt or international markets
2 years of experience in leading marketing campaigns for the Education sector in Egypt is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Powerpoint, Facebook Ads
Excellent communication, project management skills
Must be willing to work in Egypt
