Omakase Culinary Mastery: - Craft and present Omakase-style sushi dishes with precision and artistry. - Showcase a deep understanding of traditional Japanese culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation. - Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative elements into Omakase offerings.- Work on combinations which include pairings with Japanese Sake, Whisky and beer.2. Menu Development: - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal and special Omakase menus. - Ensure menu offerings are diverse, well-balanced, and aligned with the restaurant's vision.3. Quality Control: - Source and select the finest, freshest ingredients for sushi preparation. - Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. - Conduct regular tastings to ensure excellence and refine recipes as needed.4. Customer Engagement: - Engage with guests, explaining the Omakase experience and providing insights into each dish. - Customise experiences based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.5.
