We are currently hiring a Coastal Engineer (M/F) for our client for a position based in Casablanca, responsible for managing French-speaking Africa.

Job Description

The Coastal Engineer (M/F) will be responsible for:

Identify and create new business opportunities in the foundations segment through design proposals, technical presentations, and product promotion.
Work closely with local sales managers to prepare design proposals, provide technical training, and advise on installation methodologies.
Build and maintain strong networks with engineering firms, construction companies, and government agencies to identify new projects, introduce products, and track market trends.
Collaborate with clients to develop innovative foundation solutions, ensure awareness of product developments, prepare offers, and monitor project progress.
Apply risk management principles to projects and support the development and negotiation of contracts, focusing on technical specifications and product standards.
Maintain communication with various departments (Sales, Production, BD, etc.) for operational coordination, management reporting, and strategic advice.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Coastal Engineer (M/F) role must possess the following credentials and experience:

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Geo-technical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of the civil engineering and construction industry, including standards, product applications, manufacturing processes, pricing, and calculation methods.
Proficient in various computer programs, including MS Office and ERP systems.
Relevant experience in pile installation and/or design of foundation solutions projects.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in French.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in a multicultural environment.
