About Our Client

Our client, a leader in medical device, is currently looking for a Regional Head of Sales M/W French Africa.

Job Description

The role of the Regional Head of Sales French Africa will be to:

  • Deliver business results - set and meet commitments to achieve business objectives, by managing sales, marketing, operational and support functions. Deliver on financial goals and any other KPIs. Balance short-term and long-term priorities.
  • Financial Management - holding P&L responsibility in coordination with the Managing director of Emerging Africa
  • Develop new customer in French Speaking Africa by identifying opportunities and developing new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in Pharma or Medical.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong experience in managing Direct & Indirect (distributors) sales team.
  • Fluent in spoken/Written English, French and Arabic Speaker
