About Our Client
Our client, a leader in medical device, is currently looking for a Regional Head of Sales M/W French Africa.
The role of the Regional Head of Sales French Africa will be to:
- Deliver business results - set and meet commitments to achieve business objectives, by managing sales, marketing, operational and support functions. Deliver on financial goals and any other KPIs. Balance short-term and long-term priorities.
- Financial Management - holding P&L responsibility in coordination with the Managing director of Emerging Africa
- Develop new customer in French Speaking Africa by identifying opportunities and developing new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
- Internal and External Stakeholder Management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree in Pharma or Medical.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong experience in managing Direct & Indirect (distributors) sales team.
- Fluent in spoken/Written English, French and Arabic Speaker
