Job Description
The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
- General management of operations zone
- Team management of 3 regional / divisional managers
- Merchandise management:
- Visual display
- Store plans
- Stock management
- Renovations and new store openings
- Customer service:
- Escalated complaints
- Manage customer service ratings for operations zone
- Drive and Achieve Performance targets:
- Turnover
- New Accounts
- Hours
- Trading densities
- Controllable expenses
- Shrinkage
- Admin ratings
- Understand budgets and control expenses
- Manages the growth and success of the team
- Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
- Recruit, select, train, coach, counsel and discipline employees
- Analyse data to inform operational decisions or activities
- Analyse financial records to improve efficiency
- Direct organisational operations, projects, or services
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for the following:
- At least 10 years in a senior fashion retail operations role
- Must have Fashion Retail experience
- Must have a business related qualification
- At least 5 years experience at an Operations Manager/Head level
- Must have managed Regional managers
- Experience in implementation of strategies and vision
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
- Must be ITC clear
- Preference will be given to EE candidates
