Sales Director

The Sales Director will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for co coordinating and managing all sales related matters as related to Area offices
• Pursues goals set by management, such as optimising the volume generated by the Area consistent with the objectives of maximising contribution
• Revenue management and digitisation/web channels
• Guides, coaches and instructs Area Sales forces
• Define and maintain customer portfolio for the sales force
• Define sales and contribution targets for the sales force
• Monitor customer performance and take action to improve business where needed
• Analyse competitive information and markets statistical data and generate business plan to gain and maintain market share as well as contribution
• Provide resolution of high level concern
• Represent area within committees, pursuing efficiency's, cost savings through the sharing of resourcing and services
• Establish and follow up on focus and target accounts
• Work closely with other directors
• Travel internationally and locally
• Actively business develop and bring on new business
