Job Description

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Drive sales growth in the Mobile Machines segment in line with national and regional strategy.
  • Develop and implement actionable sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and engage new prospects through proactive outreach and market insight.
  • Achieve objectives related to revenue, gross margin, and market penetration.



Customer Engagement & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, EPCs, and end-users.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across agriculture, construction, and municipal sectors.
  • Provide consultative, tailored solutions based on a wide technical product range.



Technical Sales & Solutions Development

  • Collaborate with internal product and application experts to deliver complex proposals.
  • Use internal tools (e.g., CRM, product training platforms) to support sales processes.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, product advancements, and competitor activity.



Operational Excellence & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain structured weekly plans and activity reports via CRM (preferably Dynamics 365).
  • Accurately manage sales pipeline and forecast to meet performance metrics.
  • Analyse conversion rates and optimise lead-to-order processes.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to support go-to-market execution.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support product development and commercial strategy.

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in industrial automation or mobile machinery sales (agriculture, construction, municipal).
  • Strong technical background in sensors, systems, or automation solutions.
  • Experienced in solution-based selling and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
