About Our Client

Our client is a Multinational Plastic manufacturer over 20 Plants worldwide

Job Description

The responsibilities will include the following:

· Achieve the Sales targets set by direct Supervisor

· Optimize the Sales Margins of the assigned customers & territories

· Provide monthly Forecasts for both existing and potential customers

· Responsible for the Forecasting Accuracy of his/her own customers' & Territory

· Responsible for Receivables & DSO of his/her own customers' & Territory

· Continuous update of Market Intelligence Data

· Formulating the annual sales budget for designated territory

· Building, Executing, and monitoring Action Plans that will result in the achievement of the territory objectives

· Work closely with Customer Service, Technical Service and all pertinent Ampacet personnel/departments to ensure that the business plans of the territory are implemented and executed;

· Coordinate activities of Customer Service, Technical Service and all pertinent Ampacet personnel/departments to ensure that the overall handling of the customer's needs is competitive and timely;

· Know customer products and process capabilities, key contacts, previous sales results and products purchased for all accounts in the territory to allow value-added selling;

· Build relationships with the customers and their key stakeholders

· Work closely with technical and manufacturing to identify requirements and recommend changes needed to better service accounts;

· Manage, maintain and explore niche new prospects & opportunities to grow the business of existing customers.

· Prospect to gain new customers, thereby growing the existing customer base in the assigned territory

The Successful Applicant

The incumbent must have the following:

  • 3 to 5 years' Experience in B2B and in the Plastic's Market (Masterbatch / Plastic Distribution)
  • Established customer base.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
