The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Enterprise sales
  • Drive sales growth by following up on leads generating new leads and conducting meetings(on-site and virtual) with prospects
  • Maintain records in CRM of every interaction with prospects
  • Take prospective customers through the sales life cycle to a signed contract
  • Sales management and leadership
  • Identify, interview and recruit suitable sales professionals to meet the organisations sales goals
  • Motivate the sales team for individual and company success
  • Manage sales cadence with members of the sales team
  • Ensure CRM discipline is maintained by all sales team members

Profil recherché

We are looking for the following:

  • Relevant degree
  • 10 years at a minimum of experience in enterprise sales and sales management
  • SAAS experience
  • Must understand some IT elements
  • Knowledge of procurement and purchasing systems
  • Understanding the buying cycle from a procurement aspect
  • Must be able to sell to large corporates and work well with C level suite clients
  • Must have a network and be able to build relationships
  • Candidates who have market place experience will be given preference
