The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Enterprise sales
- Drive sales growth by following up on leads generating new leads and conducting meetings(on-site and virtual) with prospects
- Maintain records in CRM of every interaction with prospects
- Take prospective customers through the sales life cycle to a signed contract
- Sales management and leadership
- Identify, interview and recruit suitable sales professionals to meet the organisations sales goals
- Motivate the sales team for individual and company success
- Manage sales cadence with members of the sales team
- Ensure CRM discipline is maintained by all sales team members
Profil recherché
We are looking for the following:
- Relevant degree
- 10 years at a minimum of experience in enterprise sales and sales management
- SAAS experience
- Must understand some IT elements
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing systems
- Understanding the buying cycle from a procurement aspect
- Must be able to sell to large corporates and work well with C level suite clients
- Must have a network and be able to build relationships
- Candidates who have market place experience will be given preference
