Job Description

The Sales Manager/Lead will do the following:

  • Identify and develop the customer base, working with both existing and new customers
  • Conclude contracts and successfully implement project roll outs
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations
  • Development of customer relationships
  • Making presentations of the company solutions and commercial proposals
  • Evaluation of special projects
  • Business development
  • Preparation and participation in tenders
  • Weekly reports

The candidate should have the following:

  • Open to equity
  • Relevant sales qualification
  • Industry experience
  • Management experience is essential
  • Aggressive business development experience
  • Sales experience at a management level is essential
  • Excellent negotiation skills needed
